Please note that a quote does not confirm the booking
Deposit is Payable to confirm and seucre your booking
Please note that the final number of clients must be
confirmed no later than 3 days before arrival. Should a
client cancel thereafter, the invoice will not be
changed and the full amount of the invoice will be
payable. This number should be confirmed in writing.
Please note: Number of Day Visitors needs to be
communicated and confirmed as this needs to be added to
Quote/Invoice
Please note: Number of Children and ages needs to be
communicated and confirmed as this needs to be added to
Quote/Invoice.
Kindly ensure that the Invoice is paid in full by latest
24 hours before the function or delivery date.
Please note that we do not accept cheques, unless prior
arrangement is made with management.
Kindly note: that we do not have card payment
facilities. |

Our Cancellation Policy |

NB: Please take note that once a booking has been made
or confirmed by the client via email, Phone, WattsApp or
SMS, the booking is legally binding and should the
client for any reason cancel the booking, a 15% fee of
the total value of the invoice for this booking is then
payable and the client will then be required to pay the
15% in full. This is due to the fact that we as
Hoffanhein Lodge reserve Rooms and Venues for the client
that are not being made available to other clients as we
work exclusively on a Booking Schedule and therefore
refer business away because of the initial booking that
was made by the client that booked first. |
