The Hoffanhein Lodge VIP Membership programme is available to qualifying institutions and organisations that make bookings with the Lodge. Applications made by individuals in their personal capacity do not qualify for VIP Membership.

VIP Members receive preference for requested venues and rooms, subject to availability at the time of booking.

Approved VIP institutions qualify for free access to ChurchAnywhere, our digital church management platform.
Important Conditions
VIP Reward – Rebate Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to the VIP Reward – Rebate benefit:

The institution must book at least one year upfront to qualify for the VIP Reward – Rebate benefit.

The 10% rebate is calculated on the actual amount paid on the initial invoice for the qualifying event.

The rebate will be paid within 7 working days after the event has been completed.

The rebate is non-transferable and is paid only to the institution that made and paid for the booking.

Rebates are paid by EFT only. No cash rebate payments will be made.

A valid Bank Confirmation Letter for the institution's account is required before any rebate can be processed.

If a qualifying booking is cancelled, the VIP Reward – Rebate linked to that booking becomes void.

VIP Membership, benefits and rebates remain subject to Hoffanhein Lodge approval and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
The rebate is returned to the originating institution account. It is not payable to an individual, representative, organiser or any third-party account.
